1. Why should I use a sourcing company instead of a manufacturer?

That is depends on the products you want to manufacture. There are many good manufacturers in China, but Chinese manufacturers are very professional only for their expertise, your custom manufacturing product needs more than one process to make. Therefore, it is better to use a sourcing company to consolidate with different manufacturers. In addition, it requires a lot of experiences in terms of languages and import and export process to communicate with Chinese manufacturers. Shipping and Export are not their expertise therefore you cannot get a good experience. What’s more, you cannot trust them to control the quality of their own products; we have product quality control process throughout the whole manufacture process, we have our own shipping company, JWB sourcing team is your best partner and will assure you a pleasant experiences.

3. Will my products more expensive if I choose a sourcing company instead of a manufacturer?

No, price is related with many issues, the difference is not only between direct or indirect purchasing from manufacturer. Different manufacturers will have different prices, we will choose the most suitable manufacturers with both competitive price and acceptable price, and scale of the total purchase will affect the price most. The average price we get from the same manufacture will be much lower than you due to our mass purchasing, combined with all our customers’ order quantity, we will provide you a much competitive price for your market. To ship with shipping agents and to ship with our own shipping company, the cost will be different. To do financing with our agent and to do financing directly with bank through us, the cost will be different too. There are so many issues that affecting the price, we will make sure you always get competitive price in the market. 

4. Can I customize my products? If I put my logo on my products, how am I protected?

You can customize your products, you can put your logo on the products, you can have your own package printed and packed. There are all acceptable and negotiable.

We have law department to help protecting your logo and brand, we can help you register in China, before we want to OEM your product in one manufacturer, we will have them sign the None-Disclosure Agreement to make sure your products, brand and logo is protected. We can even sign an Exclusive Agreement with you to make sure the products will be yours and yours only, no other deal can purchase the same model(under a suitable order quantity). 

5. What certificates do we have?

For European market we will provide CE/GS, ROHS certificate depends on the product’s category, for US and North American market, we will provide UL/FCC/EPA certificate depends on the product’s category. For products that require certificates, please inform us when placing an inquiry or order, and we will provide them to you for reference as soon as possible.

6. What is the minimum order quantity?

Normally we will not set a MOQ as long as the production can be started, in case of small parts or customize parts, a MOQ is necessary; we will make sure we offer you the best MOQ that suit for both of us. 

7. What information do I need to provide for a quotation? Do you have a product quotation sheet?

In terms of Customized products, we need blueprint drawings of 2D or 3 D, and specific mold or part requirement, or samples for precision and clearness for your product.

We will give you Standard Quotation Sheet and similar products pictures for your references.

8. What is the packaging of the product?

For small parts, we specially arrange individual protective packaging for customers to prevent collisions. The outer box includes cardboard boxes and wooden boxes (if necessary).

For large goods, we have moisture-proof bags, protective bags, and standard export wooden boxes.

For Customized package, we will print and pack it your way.

10. Timing issues

To get a quote from us will take 1 to 3 working days if all requirements are clear. Allow us 3 to 7 working days if the case if complicated or extra-large.

Delivery time for Mold will be around 30 to 40 days; special big or complicated mold will take up to 60 days.

Delivery time for samples will be around 15 to 30 days after the mold finish.

Delivery time for mass products will be around 30 days after sample confirmed.

Delivery time for transport the goods to you will depends on the way of transportation and the port of discharge, our logistics company colleague in TAP logistic will help you for this part. 


11. What about your payment terms?

Normally we take 30 to 40% down payment as deposit to quick launch the customize project. A credit terms can be discussed later.

For ready product(do not need customize) and big order quantity, we can discuss LC/DP/DA later, we can also accept SINOSURE (China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation) if you have credit there.

12. For transportation

Usually, the fastest and most economical ways for international courier services such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, etc. are arranged to send samples. If there are large machine products, samples will be sent by regular express delivery or sea freight. We will arrange the lowest cost shipping company directly between our colleagues (TAP Logistics) for bulk products. We are honored that you have found us and we can help you save a lot of transportation costs.

13. How is quality controlled?

Before production, we have QA team to work for standards and requirements with the manufacturer, during the production, we have QC team to do the inspection and control the quality at every important point of the process. We shall do One-Five sample run, then a small batch run before mass order. Any batch of products shipped must pass quality inspection and be deemed qualified and confirmed by our customers before we can ship them.

14. What is your after sales service?

First of all, we will send you samples to confirm before the shipment, and we will do 100% inspection before shipment to make sure the production are same as the samples. If you are still not satisfy with the products you received. We will try our best to help you redo the products. In case it cannot be redone, we will help you return the shipment and claim according to the responsibilities. In case of damage during the transportation, TAP logistic will help you claim with the shipping company under the ocean freight insurance terms.
